This website
This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). To deliver the page and keep it secure, Cloudflare processes the technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, and browser and operating system. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts are part of the page itself, so opening it sends no data to Google Fonts or any other third party.
If we emailed you
We contact companies one by one to offer our services. For this we use business contact details that are publicly available: your name, role, company, business email address and city, taken from your company’s website and other public business sources. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering our services to other businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We write at most twice without an answer. If no conversation develops, we delete your details no later than 12 months after our last message.
You can object at any time: reply to our email or write to alex@trycompoundbio.com. We then delete your details and keep only your email address on a list of addresses we never write to again.
If you write to us
We use your message and contact details to reply and, if you become a member, to provide the service. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this correspondence only as long as needed or as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
